Work you'll do

As a CRM Functional Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will help clients enhance their business processes by designing and delivering integrated solutions, leading a focused workstream within a broader multidisciplinary project team.

You will oversee and drive the success of your workstream, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and user requirements while guiding and mentoring both onshore and offshore team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development.

Your expertise will contribute to the overall project, aligning workstream activities with broader project goals and timelines.

In this role, you will build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, managing day-to-day expectations and maintaining clear communication within your area of responsibility.

You will be expected to effectively explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in, as well as developing clear, well-structured presentations and process diagrams using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
