Work You'll Do
As a Senior Manager professional on the M&A I&D team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead multiple workstreams of M&A integration and divestiture engagements, from due diligence and pre-close planning through Day 1 and post-close execution


* Partner with senior client executives to define transaction strategies, governance models, decision rights, and milestones that align with corporate strategy and value-creation goals


* Direct M&A integration and separation planning, including functional interdependencies, cutover planning, testing, execution, and end-state blueprinting


* Manage cross-functional and global teams, coordinate workstreams, monitor risks and dependencies, and deliver work plans and client-ready recommendations


* Develop analyses and deliverables that address client needs, support transaction decisions, and advance integration, divestiture, restructuring, or cost-transformation objectives


* Contribute to practice growth through proposal development, client relationship management, thought leadership, staff recruiting, and coaching
