Responsibilities Leadership Responsibilities Lead, train, and support custodial team members Perform and ensure completion of daily cleaning tasks Conduct quality inspections and maintain company standards Support staffing coverage, employee training, and customer requests Monitor supplies, equipment, and facility needs Communicate regularly with management regarding operations, staffing, and service issues Travel to assigned locations as needed Cleaning Responsibilities Vacuum carpeted areas Empty trash and recycling containers Clean and sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, and common areas Dust surfaces, vents, light fixtures, baseboards, windowsills, and furniture Sweep and mop hard-surface floors Clean windows, entrance doors, elevators, walls, and light switches Clean and polish metal surfaces and appliances Spot-clean glass, walls, and high-touch surfaces
