The Safety and Training Coordinator promotes a safe, compliant, and well-trained workforce at our Hammond location.

This role leads new-hire onboarding, delivers safety, equipment, and job training, conducts inspections and incident investigations, and maintains required records.

Working closely with warehouse leadership and Human Resources, the Coordinator helps reduce injuries, prevent incidents, and build a strong safety culture.

Schedule is Full time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend hours as needed.
