Senior IT Support Specialist

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, software, printers, and other technology.Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and system access.Monitor and maintain servers, networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, and storage systems.Perform routine system backups, security checks, and IT audits.Troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity, workstation, and server issues.Maintain IT inventory and help implement technology improvements.Develop IT processes, policies, and procedures.Mentor and train Tier I and Tier II IT support staff.Travel between DFW-area offices to provide onsite technical support.
