The Access Control Specialist supports secure site operations at Ft.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire.

Key Responsibilities Control employee and visitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and authorizations.Prevent unauthorized entry and the removal of prohibited or restricted items from the premises.Monitor entry and exit activity and maintain continuous surveillance of assigned areas, reporting issues or irregular activity promptly.Provide high-quality customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining site security protocols.Apply access control procedures and security protocols accurately and consistently throughout each assigned shift.Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, both verbal and nonverbal.
