Billing Assistant

Billing assistants provide customer service and billing clerical support.

About the Role: Youll assist patients, answer billing questions and set up payment agreements using your kindness, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include: Provide billing customer service to patients, answering patient questions and setting up billing agreements Process claims, post payments, and other billing clerical tasks Provide patients with education about our sliding fee discount program, and support with sliding fee applications You will travel to all Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

A second language of Spanish preferred What We Offer: Compensation: Starting rate $18.50 per hour.
