Working Student (f/m/d) Content Creation

In this role you will support us in the field of Content Creation.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is part-time with 15h/week.

Job Description



* You contribute to the development and rollout of marketing strategies for a specific area


* You produce compelling content across various formats, including articles, videos, social media, and internal communications


* You partner with colleagues to plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns


* You monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement


* You ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with our brand identity and strategic objectives


* You keep abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing and content creation


* You assist in organizing events, webinars, and workshops relevant to your area of focus

Work experience



* You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business


* You are at least 6 months (ideally longer) available


* You are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications


* You have experience with content creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools)


* You are familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools


* You have very good written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency is advantageous)


* You have strong initiative, reliability, and a collaborative mindset


* You are creative thinking and have a talent for storytelling
