We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Cross Delivery Unit, Business Operations Communications, to be located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ, or Spring House, PA.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to be on site three days a week.

Purpose:

Serving as an integrator across the Delivery Units within the Global Development R&D organization, this person will connect business priorities, operational plans and communications; reduce duplicative efforts; and help scale effective practices across people, processes and portfolio.

This person will also translate complex priorities into clear, actionable information, support Delivery Unit Heads and their leadership teams with communications needs, and help enable leadership engagement, organizational change, employee listening and measurement.

As part of the Business Growth, Innovation & Advocacy (BGIA) Strategy & Operations Communications team, this role will work closely with the Cross-DU Business Operations organization to plan, coordinate and deliver business operations communications across the Global Development Delivery Units.

The focus will be on strengthening alignment, streamlining communication and creating a more connected, scalable approach while allowing for the flexibility needed within individual Delivery Units and therapeutic areas.
