The Senior Marketing Manager, Biosurgery Topical Adjunctive Hemostats (TAH) , will be responsible for managing a leading market portfolio.

They will be responsible for building marketing strategies to maximize customer value, market competitiveness, and deliver business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Deliver sales growth and forecast commitments for the hemostasis portfolio by developing and executing strategies that accelerate adoption of advanced SURGICEL solutions and support the Upgrade Strategy.


* Lead development and execution of portfolio optimization strategies that drive intentional customer upgrades to advanced hemostatic solutions, increase utilization across targeted procedures, and strengthen competitive differentiation in the marketplace.


* Create and execute customer-facing programs, sales enablement tools, and promotional campaigns that articulate the clinical and economic value of a...
