Clinical Support Specialist - Trauma | North Region - Porto

About the opportunity

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist - Trauma to join our team in the North Region, based around Porto.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate who wants to start and develop a career in medical devices, orthopaedics and healthcare.

We are not necessarily looking for someone who already knows Trauma or has extensive medical device experience.

We will develop the technical and clinical knowledge.

What matters most is finding someone with the right attitude, curiosity, interpersonal skills, resilience and ambition to learn and grow within a leading orthopaedics organisation.

Purpose of the Role

The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with the Trauma sales team, healthcare professionals and hospital teams, developing the knowledge and capabilities required to provide high-quality clinical and procedural support for DePuy Synthes Trauma solutions.

The role combines clinical learning, operating room exposure, customer interaction, teamwork and disciplined execution, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career within DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

What to Expect

Develop clinical and technical expertise

Build progressively deeper knowledge of orthopaedic trauma, surgical procedures and the DePuy Synthes Trauma portfolio through structured learning, field experience and interaction with experienced colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Support customers in the operating room

Develop the capability to provide reliable clinical and technical support to surgeons and operating room teams, helping ensure appropriate product knowledge, preparation and case support.
