Your Role

As an LVN on our NOC team, you will:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night


* Promote a compassionate, resident-centered environment

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license in good standing


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply


* Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
