Job Description:

The Manager, Business Operations, Strategy & Design, and End-to-End Program Management plays a key leadership role within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation Office.

This position is responsible for translating strategic business priorities into executable transformation initiatives, operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

Working across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Customer Success, this leader drives alignment across people, processes, technology, data, and governance to deliver complex enterprise initiatives.

The role combines business strategy, organizational design, operational excellence, and program leadership to enable successful transformation, new product introductions (NPI), and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and deliver results in dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Transformation

• Partner with Lead To Cash functional leaders to define, prioritize, and execute transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans across the Lead to Cash program.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational performance, scalability, and business effectiveness.

• Support strategic planning activities, transformation reviews, and executive decision-making processes.

• Drive alignment between transformation investments and measurable business outcomes.

Business Operations & Governance

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and prioritization to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups.

• Support risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and organizational readiness activities.

Operating Model & Process Design

• Partner with stakeholders to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize business processes.
