Position Description As a key member of the Installation team, the Lead Shade Installer / Foreman reports to the Install Manager and assumes an important role in the installation of our products in commercial and residential environments.

The Installer is accountable for quality installation of our products, safety on site, proper usage of tools, cleanliness of work environment, and communicating to lead installer of any job site issues.

This position requires window treatment experience, supervising installation crews, ensuring professional installation for assigned projects, and communicating efficiently (written and in-person) with crews and leadership.
