Lets build something great together! Position Summary ThePipe Operator is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment in support of underground utility installation activities, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water distribution systems.

Working closely with Pipe Foremen, Pipe Layers, and utility crews, this position performs excavation, trenching, backfilling, material placement, and utility installation support operations while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.

The Pipe Operator must be able to safely and efficiently operate excavators and other utility-related equipment while working around existing utilities, trench safety systems, structures, and personnel.

A strong understanding of underground utility construction practices, trench safety, and installation procedures is essential.
