About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll use your relationship and interpersonal skills as you identify and nurture relevant community partnerships.

Youll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role.

Youll collaborate with leaders to design and implement meaningful candidate personas for each job title.

Responsibilities include: Creating an engaging candidate experience Proactively sourcing talent Building relationships with leadership, candidates, and our community Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts.

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave.

in Buffalo, and will also travel to other Neighborhood sites on a regular basis.

What We Offer: Compensation: $62,350 - $66,000 based on a full time, 40 hour work week Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
