Manufacturing Operator - Full and Part Time Opportunities

Position Summary: 
Our Manufacturing Operators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for running machines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities as needed. 

Specific Responsibilities: 
Note: We are hiring for a variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs different products which ultimately changes the operator role.

We will provide you more specific details of the facility for the open roles. 


* Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standards


* Ability to accurately record production and quality


* Ability to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace


* Able to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a team


* Perform all initial and secondary job requirements proficiently


* Perform inspection of products


* Report production figures


* Keep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. 


* Assist in setup of workstation

Qualifications:


* ​18+ years or older


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 


* Stand for extended periods of time


* Self Motivated and driven


* Attendance is Key!
