KWP Dryer Floor Operator

TYPICAL DUTIES: Monitor and manage plastic resin material flow on the dryer floorLoad, unload, and transfer materials to and from dryers and production areasAssist with startup, shutdown and routine operation of drying equipmentCheck material labels and ensure correct material handling procedures are followedMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dryer floor and surrounding areasIdentify and report equipment issues, material shortages or quality concernsFollow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirementsAssist with housekeeping, spill cleanup and waste removalWork closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to support operationsGeneral housekeepingAdditional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Able to work in various work environments (inside/outside)Proper use of various equipment and job-related toolsProlonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing or kneelingMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
