Enhancement Crew Leader - San Diego

Lead and supervise enhancement crew members in the execution of landscape projects.

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.

Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.

Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials.

Duties Assign tasks to crew members and monitor their performance.

Install plants, hardscapes, and other landscape features according to design plans.

Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies as needed.

Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each day.
