Trainer

We're looking for an energetic Trainer who enjoys facilitating and knows how to make virtual training engaging.

This is a fully remote role reporting to the Training Director, and most of the job is facilitation: leading frontline continuing education and leadership development sessions for employees and leaders across the organization.

The right person makes training fun, interactive, and useful.

You know how to keep a virtual class engaged, read a room through a screen, check for understanding as you go, and spot when someone is lost before they fall behind.

You understand adult learning theory, and every session follows the same pattern: teach the skill, give people a chance to apply it, and confirm they can actually do it before they leave.

Our instructional designers own course design.

You'll partner with them and build the supporting pieces that make a session land: PowerPoints, activities, job aids, and practice exercises.
