Job purpose

Develop and deliver internal and external communications for DHL CSI, with a focus on employee engagement and external digital channels, particularly LinkedIn.

Turn industry expertise, innovation and customer success into compelling content that strengthens brand visibility, credibility and engagement among employees, customers, prospects and industry partners.

Drive communications planning, content creation, channel management and performance analysis to support CSI’s marketing and commercial objectives.
 

Your tasks


* Internal Communications:
+ Partner with CSI leadership, subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to identify stories and ensure timely, consistent communication.
+ Develop and deliver internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged with CSI’s strategy, priorities, achievements and key initiatives.
+ Collaborate with DHL Group Internal Communications channel owners and editors to develop, adapt and publish content across relevant internal channels.



* External Communications and Storytelling
+ Translate CSI’s industry expertise, innovation, customer success and commercial priorities into compelling stories for external audiences.
+ Identify stories and develop content in collaboration with sector, commercial and innovation teams, making complex logistics topics clear, relevant and accessible.
+ Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with DHL’s brand positioning and communications standards.
