Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes


* Complete timely and accurate documentation


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals


* Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being


* Follow facility policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

✔ Active California LVN License
✔ SNF experience preferred
✔ BLS/CPR certification preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered approach to care
