Treatment Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time
Riverwalk Post Acute
Pay: $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience

Riverwalk Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team.

What You'll Do


* Perform and document wound assessments and treatments


* Provide wound care and skin treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols


* Monitor residents for changes in skin condition and wound progression


* Work closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team


* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation


* Support preventative skin care and pressure injury prevention


* Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans as appropriate


* Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, wound care, or treatment nurse experience preferred


* Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork


* Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
