💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

🩺 Unit Manager Responsibilities:


* Lead, support, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.


* Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.


* Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and help ensure individualized care needs are met.


* Support staff development, provide guidance, and promote teamwork.


* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes.

🦠 Infection Control Responsibilities:


* Oversee and implement infection prevention and control practices throughout the facility.


* Monitor infection trends and assist with surveillance, reporting, and documentation.


* Educate staff on infection prevention procedures, proper PPE use, and hand hygiene.


* Help ensure compliance with infection control regulations and facility policies.


* Assist with infection investigations and implement appropriate prevention strategies.


* Promote a culture of safety to protect our residents, staff, and visitors.
