While others sleep, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

What You'll Do:


* Provide direct resident care with dignity, kindness, and compassion


* Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility


* Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs


* Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition to the nursing team


* Help create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment for residents


* Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio STNA certification


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to work effectively during overnight hours


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
