Hillsboro Post Acute is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about providing outstanding care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do:


* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions


* Collaborate with physicians, RNs, STNAs, and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain accurate charting and documentation


* Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio LPN license


* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Dependability and commitment to quality outcomes


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
