HR Generalist - Data Analytics (Eng & SP)

Catalyst Nutraceuticals is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist with strong analytical skills to support HR operations and provide workforce insights that help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Manage HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, time-to-hire, and training completion.Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.Audit payroll, benefits, and HR data for accuracy and compliance.Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.Assist managers with policy interpretation and employee relations matters.

Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of HR Generalist experience.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruiting.Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems required.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and workforce metrics.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
