The Property Manager provides inspiration and oversight for the team and residents.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for creating a team atmosphere that provides personal and proactive customer service and creates a welcoming environment at your community.

The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned property.

Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises.

Ensure properties are occupied by qualified tenants by following up on leads, advertising, and showing properties to prospective tenantsChoose qualified tenants and create rental agreementsCollect rent and depositsEnforce rental agreement termsResolve tenant complaintsRegularly inspect property to ensure it is in perfect working conditionQuickly solve emergency maintenance problemsOversee eviction proceedingUpdate financial records monthly regarding property operationsNegotiate contracts with vendorsCreate and distribute monthly financial documents for property ownerSchedule maintenance and repairsMaintain open dialogues with property owner on financial issues, physical condition of properties, tenants, and Performs other related duties as assigned.
