Job Title: Packout/Load Builder

Facility/Location: Louisville

NOVO Health Services is hiring Production Team Members for our new, state-of-the-art facility in Louisville, KY, starting on or about December 1st, 2026!

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports daily production needs by preparing, inspecting, and processing items according to established quality and safety standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



* Loading and unloading linen carts.


* Sort soiled linens or recently washed linens.


* Feeding clean items into machines that fold or iron.


* Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.


* Work around industrial machinery, in varying temperatures and conditions (dust, humidity, noise, etc.)


* Meet production standards and KPIs.


* Work independently or as part of a team.


* Assist and perform other duties as assigned.


* Lift 25-50lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:



* Excellent attendance and showing up to your assigned shift prepared and on time.


* Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment.


* Must be able to follow instructions and meet minimum work standards with or without reasonable accommodation.


* Ability to count items and verify against prepared lists.


* Interpersonal and communication skills.


* History of working safely.


* Knowledge of safety procedures.

Preferred:



* 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production.


* Previous experience working in a laundry or production environment.


* Basic computer knowledge and the willingness to learn new computer applications.

Will train.


* High School Education/GED/formal education/training.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



* Ability to climb, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items for long periods.


* Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.


* Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 600 pounds and use simple tools.

PAY



* $16.50/hr
