Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations


* Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Long-term care experience preferred but not required
