What You'll Do:


* Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents with dignity and compassion


* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Monitor resident well-being and promptly report concerns to the nursing team


* Support a positive, resident-focused environment


* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio STNA certification


* Compassionate and resident-centered attitude


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Dependability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed


* Long-term care experience preferred but not required
