What You'll Do:


* Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team


* Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families


* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio STNA certification


* Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Reliable attendance and commitment to excellence


* Long-term care experience preferred but not required
