What You'll Do:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living


* Provide attentive and compassionate care


* Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence


* Monitor and report changes in resident conditions


* Work alongside a dedicated nursing team to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio STNA certification


* Positive attitude and strong work ethic


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Flexible availability


* Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
