Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Corporate Office in Seattle is seeking a Watch Refinisher to join our Watchmaking Team.

This position is responsible for restoring and refinishing watches across multiple brands while following established brand guidelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality craftsmanship.                                                                                                                                                            

Job Duties:


* Perform watch refinishing services across multiple brands in accordance with established brand guidelines and specifications.


* Perform water resistance testing and replace watch case gaskets as required.


* Ensure all refinishing work meets or exceeds brand quality standards and expectations.


* Complete assigned services within established turnaround times while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.


* Communicate job status, progress, and any service concerns to the Head Watchmaker.


* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and care when handling customer pieces.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications 


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Previous relevant professional experience preferred.


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Previous experience in the jewelry, watchmaking, refinishing, polishing, or other precision-based industry is a plus.

Range: $21.30 - $24.00

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
