Job Description:

The Strategic Support, Office of the Chief Medical & Scientific Officer (CMSO), serves as a strategic partner to the Regional CMSO by advancing high-priority initiatives that strengthen physician engagement, scientific strategy, and cross-functional alignment across J&J MedTech Electrophysiology.

This role helps translate physician insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into actionable plans that support product strategy, advisory board outputs, business development discussions, conference engagement, and external physician partnerships.

 

The successful candidate will require a strong clinical background with a deep understanding of daily healthcare operations, lab procedures, and should operate with strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to connect internal teams, external stakeholders, and strategic priorities.

This individual will ensure Regional CMSO engagements are purposeful, well-prepared, followed through, and aligned to broader J&J MedTech EPorganizational objectives.
