Job Description
The role is intentionally broad in scope, spanning launch readiness, ongoing operations, and strategic transformation initiatives to support evolving business needs.

The successful candidate will operate in a highly dynamic environment, partnering across regions and functions to deliver a seamless customer and patient experience

Key Responsibilities


* Champion operational excellence, process innovation, and future-readiness for current and future cell therapy platforms; benchmark best practices across regions and competitors to inform improvements


* Lead cross-functional process improvements across regions to improve the end-to-end customer experience


* Coordinate commercial input into process and ecosystem changes, including chain of identity/chain of custody solutions, in partnership with global, regional, and local teams


* Define, track, and share operational KPIs with key stakeholders; align priorities, responsibilities, and execution plans with agreed objectives and key results (OKRs)


* Develop and execute market-readiness strategies and tactics for current and future indications of the cell therapy platforms
