The Immunology Learning Portfolio Partner is responsible for shaping and managing a portfolio of learning experiences that build the capabilities of field medical teams across Immunology (GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Autoantibody) and support content creation for commercial field teams.

Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning Excellence Organization (LEO) partners, this role translates evolving business needs into learning strategies, curricula, and capability-building solutions that support individual performance and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



* Partner with Immunology subject matter experts to identify capability gaps, emerging learning needs, and performance improvement opportunities


* Serve as a trusted learning consultant for the Immunology therapeutic area by translating scientific, clinical, and business developments into clear, practical learning experiences
