DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Global Process Leader, located in Raritan, New Jersey.

Job Overview

The Manager, Global Process Leader plays a critical role in supporting global procurement process ownership and the systems, tools, and digital capabilities that enable scalable, compliant, and insight‑driven procurement operations across DePuy Synthes.

This role partners closely with Global Process Owners, Procurement leaders, IT, and other enabling functions to execute process improvements, optimize procurement systems, and support global adoption of standardized procurement processes and platforms.

The position offers strong exposure to procurement transformation, digital enablement, and global operating model execution.

Key Responsibilities


* Support Global Process Owners in the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end procurement processes.



* Manage day‑to‑day activities related to procurement systems and enabling technologies, including enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.



* Support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise procurement platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, pricing, analytics, and related tools).



* Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.



* Assist in defining and tracking process performance metrics, system adoption, and value realization.



* Support process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives aligned to global procurement strategy.



* Contribute to change management, training, and communication efforts to drive user adoption and compliance.



* Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to support delivery, performance, and cost management.
