Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...


* Conducting reviews of assigned Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Intermediate Maintenance Level (I-Level) repair capabilities to identify opportunities for capability expansion and process improvement


* Validating Individual Component Repair Lists (ICRLs), improving repair and return processes, and coordinating with production and support teams to reduce barriers affecting repair outcomes


* Analyzing Beyond Capable Maintenance (BCM), component removal, Maintenance Customer Wait Time (MCWT), Non-Mission Capable Supply (NMCS), Partial Mission Capable Supply (PMCS), and cannibalization data to identify root causes and improve readiness outcomes


* Coordinating with squadron maintenance leadership, Supply, engineering, and maintenance organizations to align repair priorities with operational demand, scheduled maintenance, and aircraft readiness requirements


* Supporting I-Level Reform initiatives at the assigned FRC by addressing support equipment, publications, training, standardization, and reporting needs across stakeholders
