Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p.

Main St.

Clinic 2601 N Main St.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications


* Master's Degree Required

Work Experience


* At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health.

Required


* At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework.

Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* LCSW license or LCPC.

Required


* Current license from the State of Illinois.

Required


* Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence.

Required


* Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Required
