What You'll Do


* Help keep our pools safe by actively monitoring swimmers and responding when needed.


* Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and program participants.


* Teach engaging swim lessons using the YMCA of the USA swim curriculum (for Swim Instructors).


* Participate in paid training, ongoing education, and team development opportunities.
