With an ambitious vision to lead the multi-billion-dollar tile category, we are seeking a customer-focused Commercial/A&D Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Commercial/A&D Sales Representative will work with select customers in the Pittsburgh market, providing exceptional customer service and a tremendous collection of mosaics and tiles.

You will serve as a key customer contact and consultant, with responsibility for recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and coordinating order fulfillment based on customer needs.

Our Sales Representatives receive a strong base salary and commission compensation package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

* Uphold customer service standards by maintaining a friendly and service-oriented approach.


* Promptly and professionally respond to customer and sales inquiries.


* Provide accurate, expert product information and recommend solutions based on customer and project needs.


* Respond to customer concerns and identify and address problems as they arise.


* Prepare quotes and process purchase and sample orders.


* Maintain extensive product knowledge and consistently represent TileBar's brand.


* Maintain accurate account activities, customer interactions, and project information in the CRM system.


* Coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.


* Travel within the market as required to support customer relationships and sales activities.


* Perform other responsibilities as needed.
