Market Development Associate

Key Responsibilities Sell and execute established sales initiatives, including permanent displays, promotional fixtures, and seasonal merchandising programs.

Build, install, replenish, and maintain product displays and merchandising materials.

Ensure proper product placement, shelf stocking, rotation, pricing, and promotional signage.

Identify store-level opportunities to increase product visibility, placement, and sales.

Coordinate merchandising activities and product replenishment with Independent Operators.

Develop positive working relationships with store management and retail personnel.

Travel daily between assigned retail locations and independently manage store visits and priorities.

Document store visits, merchandising activities, and sales initiatives using Company-approved mobile applications.

Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage daily schedules, and meet established expectations.

Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising practices, or willingness to learn.

Comfortable using a personal smartphone, mobile applications, and electronic reporting systems.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting Company requirements.

Ability to lift and carry merchandise and display materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred: Previous experience in retail sales, grocery merchandising, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or field merchandising.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule & Travel Schedule: Full-time, generally MondayFriday, with occasional early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday work based on business needs.

Location: Field-based; daily travel between retail customer locations within an assigned territory.

Transportation: Personal vehicle required.

Full-time employees receive a vehicle allowance in accordance with Company policy.

Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required.
