What you'll achieve

As a Material Planning Senior Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes.

You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:


* Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments


* Learn and apply knowledge in the order and materials team to support our AI manufacturing


* Interpret findings and identify business opportunities to deliver values through knowledge Management at the program and business unit levels


* Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, coordinate projects and work with extended teams

Essential Requirements


* Capable of performing detailed analysis and influencing others based on analysis outcome


* Proven proficiency using AI tools


* Capable of making strategic decisions with ambiguous information


* Capable of presenting regularly to VP level


* ERP & Systems Mastery: Proven hands-on proficiency with enterprise-level ERP system D365.


* Releasing manufacturing orders and assigning Material


* Operational Execution & Governance: Deep understanding of end-to-end order lifecycles, material allocation, inventory balancing, backlog management, material subs, material allocation and reservation


* Complex Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage critical escalations, and perform thorough root-cause analyses for delivery and fulfilment delays.


* Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to partner cross-functionally with Global Procurement, Manufacturing/Plant Operations, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.


* Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of summarizing complex operational data into actionable updates for leadership.

Desirable Requirements


* Bachelor's degree


* Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence:


* Advanced capability with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau

Digital Transformation & Automation:


* Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, AI-driven supply chain platforms, or automated workflow design.
