Position Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the organization's regulatory reporting and compliance functions, with primary accountability for regulatory filings including but not limited to the NAIC Market Conduct Annual Statement ("MCAS") and the New York Market Conduct Profile Annual Filing ("New York Profile").

This position also supports the Regulatory Change Management Program and contributes to a broad range of compliance activities designed to promote adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and control standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Coordinate the preparation, review, validation, and submission of regulatory reports and filings, including but not limited to MCAS and the New York Profile.


* Ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, timely, and prepared in accordance with applicable requirements.


* Monitor regulatory developments and support the Regulatory Change Management Program by evaluating new or revised requirements, documenting impacts, and assisting with implementation activities.


* Partner with internal stakeholders to assess compliance implications, support issue resolution, and track remediation efforts as needed.


* Maintain appropriate documentation, reporting calendars, control evidence, and related records in support of regulatory and compliance activities.


* Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.


* Support regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and coordinating follow-up actions.


* Engage and interact with internal and external business partners, including regulators, to ensure compliance with processes or fulfill compliance requirements.


* Perform other compliance-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.


* Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, insurance operations, or a related field.


* Knowledge of MCAS, New York Profile, SERFF (NAIC System for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing) and regulatory change management processes preferred.


* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
