In our time of Company growth, we seek aQuality Assurance Specialist.

Work Locations:Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Quality Assurance & Auditing Conduct routine audits of patient registrations, insurance verifications, scheduling accuracy, financial counseling activities, telephone encounters, and front-office workflows.Evaluate compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.Monitor performance metrics and identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring corrective action.Develop and maintain quality monitoring tools, audit forms, scorecards, and tracking systems.Perform root cause analysis related to workflow inconsistencies, recurring errors, and operational deficiencies.Provide audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to leadership.Track corrective actions and monitor improvements following coaching and training interventions.Assist with preparation for internal audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance assessments.
