Responsibilities


* Complete preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work orders.


* Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and structural issues.


* Perform minor carpentry, painting, and wall repairs.


* Inspect and maintain facility equipment and emergency systems.


* Support fire, life-safety, and regulatory compliance activities.


* Maintain safe work areas and collaborate with facilities team members.

Qualifications


* High school diploma required.


* Less than one year of relevant experience.


* Basic Life Support certification required.


* Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety knowledge.


* Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, perform physical work, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.


* Ability to work 2nd shift, Monday - Friday and other times as needed.
