Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program, GSINC.

The program brings together process, policy, templates, technology, data, and intelligence to establish a scalable contracting foundation across Johnson & Johnson.

Purpose: The Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead is the enterprise program-management and delivery-integration leader for this transformation.

Reporting through the GSINC Transformation Office, the role converts approved priorities into one credible, actively managed roadmap across workstreams, business activation, change, readiness, value realization, and transition to sustained operations.

The Director leads the PMO team and assigned delivery resources, establishes common planning and governance standards, and gives leadership a decision-ready view of progress, dependencies, risks, capacity, and delivery confidence.

Workstream and business leaders retain accountability for their scope, decisions, resources, quality, budgets, substantive deliverables, adoption, and outcomes; the PMO connects those commitments, tests their credibility, and drives cross-functional follow-through without replacing leader accountability.
