We are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2nd Shift to be in Juarez City.

The Principal Facilities Technician operates, maintains, and troubleshoots facility infrastructure and utility systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role supports critical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, air handling units, compressed air, fire protection, emergency power generation, water treatment, UPS, environmental controls, building controls, and general electrical systems.

You will be responsible for:


* Ensures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded and on schedule.


* Participates in facilities equipment installations, as required.


* Performs site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.


* Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.


* Manage and record spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.


* Follows all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area.


* Compliance with safety policies and procedure.
