Physical Therapist

PRN Physical Therapist - Cedar River Healthcare Center

Pay: $50-$65 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: PRN / as needed

Cedar River Healthcare Center is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team.

This is a great fit if you want flexible hours while helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

What you'll do:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled physical therapy services


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries


* Work with the rehab team, nursing, and families to support resident goals


* Supervise PTAs as needed

What we're looking for:


* Current PT license in the state (required)


* Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required


* New grads welcome to apply


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
